Will my orders be sent discreetly?

Yes. We understand that it is important to our customers that orders are sent discreetly. To ensure this, we use plain, 20x27cm white bubble wrap envelopes to post products.

Our envelopes do not have any visible labeling other than the customer’s address and our return address. Our company name will read as “Guru Trading BV”. You can rest assured no other company labels, receipts or any references to cannabis are included on the envelope.

Have you received my order?

Once we have received your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your receipt. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

Still can’t find it? No worries, get in touch and we’ll make sure your order has been processed and that you receive your receipt.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address and we have not yet processed your order, we can make the necessary changes for you. Simply contact one of our Support Team.

However, if our speedy Gurus have shipped your order before you realize your mistake, we won’t be able to make any further changes. That’s why we always advise our customers to double check their shipping details at the check-out. We want our parcels to reach you, hassle-free, every time.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Depending on your location and shipping method used, you should receive your order within 2 weeks of this.

If you have added postal tracking to your order, you will receive an email once the item has been shipped and be able to view its delivery process online.

Can I cancel an order?

Although we always hope our customers are happy with their orders, we understand that sometimes purchases may need to be canceled. Please see our Returns Policy page for more info.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We try to get your order out to you as quickly as possible however the arrival time of your order will vary based on a variety of factors including; which country you have ordered from, when you placed your order (allow extra time if placed over the weekend), and which shipping method is used.

If your order has still not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact our Support Team and we will do our best to help.

What does it mean when seeds are labeled as “easy”, “medium” or “hard” to grow?

All seeds available for purchase on our site are graded easy, medium, or hard to grow. These are guidelines only; less experienced growers may be up for a challenge or more experienced growers may be looking for an easy, time-efficient strain – it’s entirely up to you. 

The following labels are simply a guide:

Easy: Good strains for those who have never grown from seed before or more experienced growers looking for a simple project.

Medium: More challenging strains for beginners, suitable for those with some experience, and easy for experienced growers.

Hard: Potentially difficult strains for beginners, somewhat challenging for those with some experience, most suitable for those with a lot of experience.  

Will all my seeds germinate?

Coffeeshop Guru understands that high germination rates are a priority for our customers, that’s why we are always looking to source the best quality products from the most reputable breeders. However, as seeds are a natural product, a variety of factors can affect their ability to grow. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot guarantee the germination rate of our products. If you are experiencing issues during the germination process or are unsatisfied with the amount of germinated seeds your product produced, please contact our Support Team.

Will all plants grown from feminized cannabis seeds be female?

Thanks to significant improvements in breeding programs, feminized cannabis seeds are 99% likely to produce feminized cannabis plants. You can view our full range of feminized seeds online here.

What is the best way to store seeds?

The best way to store cannabis seeds is in the refrigerator in a dark container (i.e., film canister) where it’s unlikely they will be exposed to excessive light or moisture. This is because they are very sensitive to light, humidity, and temperature. Therefore it is essential that they are stored correctly, keeping them dry and cool.

How long do cannabis seeds last?

If stored correctly, cannabis seeds can last up to 2 years. After this point, the quality of products and their likeliness to germinate will be significantly lower.
